The Nope Button is being built as a privacy-first imagined shopping simulator. The goal is simple: let you experience an imagined purchase without spending real money and without giving us personal data.

No accounts

We do not create user accounts. We do not ask you to register, log in, or provide a username or password.

No personal details

We do not ask for:

• Your real name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• Your home address
• Your payment details
• Your card information

No real purchases

The Nope Button is not an online store. We do not sell real products, process payments, create real orders, or ship anything.

Local browser storage

The first version is designed to run locally in your browser. Imagined cart data may be stored temporarily in your browser so the simulator can work. Imagined order history and local impact stats are saved only in your own browser using local storage.

This local data is not sent to us. There is no account, no backend, no payment system, and no analytics tool collecting it.

No analytics in the first version

The first version does not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, advertising trackers, or tracking-heavy analytics tools.

No cookies in the first version

The first version is designed without cookies. If this changes in the future, this page will be updated before such features are added.

Delete local data

You can clear your imagined cart from the cart page. You can also delete imagined order history from the order history page using the clear local history button.

You may also delete this local data at any time through your browser settings by clearing site data for this website.
